1. Production vs. Shipping Time

Please note that “Shipping Time” is separate from “Production Time.” Because every item is custom-branded for your specific order, we manufacture on demand to ensure quality control.

Standard Production: 7-10 Business Days.
Rush Production: Available upon request for bulk orders (Fees apply).
Shipping Transit: 3-5 Business Days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

2. Split Shipments

To get your items to you as fast as possible, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

For example, hard goods (mugs, pens) may ship from our promotional facility, while apparel (tees, hoodies) ships from our textile facility. You will receive separate tracking numbers via email for each package as it departs.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, international packages may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the destination country.

NOTE: These fees are not included in your shipping cost paid at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Brand & Merch is not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are missing. We recommend shipping to a secure business location.

If your package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating), please contact us immediately at ReachOut@BrandAndMerch.com so we can file a claim and start a replacement order.
