Because every item is custom-made with your specific logo and branding, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please utilize our Sample Kit program to verify sizing and quality before placing a bulk order.
We stand behind our quality. If your items arrive styled differently than your approved mockup, ripped, or with a clear manufacturing defect, we will replace them at no cost to you.
How to report an issue:
Orders are automatically pushed to our production floor. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the blank garments have likely already been sourced and the order cannot be cancelled.
